COLOURFUL ROMSEY
THE MARKET PLACE - looking towards Romsey Conservative Party Offices

Swan Inn public house
The Swan Inn once belonged to Winchester College, which still holds documents dating back to the 15th century. The iron bracket outside the building is very old. It is thought that a soldier was hanged from this bracket during the civil war. The Swan Inn closed its doors in 1894 and became the Working Men’s Conservative Association, which it still is today.
