This web site is dedicated to my late Father, Alan Turner who filmed events in Romsey  in the 1940’s and 1950’s. Both my late Father and myself made these recordings for viewing at home, and as such are amateur productions. All my Father’s film and sound recordings, some of which are on this website have gone to the Wessex Film and Sound Archives, Hampshire record office at Winchester UK.
